To perform a site survey for network topology, take these steps: 1) First you need to create a site survey wizard (SSW). A SSW contains the frequencies and channels you want to use for your particular selection. The SSW can be saved as an XML file or as an ASCII file. The SSW must contain the following information about the specific frequency and channel parameters: frequency, channel, mode, comment. 2) Once you have created your SSW, save it with any name (.xml or .txt), then run it by clicking the play button on the left side of its window.
